Northpoint Bible College & Graduate School is pleased to announce that Rev. Dr. Randal Quackenbush has joined the faculty as the Music and Worship Divisional Chair. Dr. Quackenbush has a Doctorate of Ministry in Christian worship from Gordon-Conwell, a Master of Arts from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor in Music Education from Evangel University. His dissertation is titled: Biblical Foundations for Worship Leadership.


Dr. Quackenbush has served as music pastor in distinguished churches such as Capital Christian Center in Sacramento, California and James River Assembly of God in Ozark, Missouri. He is the founding and current pastor of Anchor Church in Boston. In addition to teaching as an adjunct professor at Northpoint, Dr. Quackenbush has taught at Evangel University, the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.


Dr. Quackenbushs’ teaching interests are in the fields of pastoral theology, biblical worship, church choirs, contemporary Issues in worship leadership, leadership development in the worship arts, music and worship in the church in a multi-cultural context, global worship, choral conducting, vocal arranging, and church planting.


Dr. Quackenbush and his wife Shelly have been married for thirty-six years and have three adult children.
