  • Tuition/Housing

  • Please select the degree program you will be in during the Fall 2021 Semester.
    A new student is any student who was not enrolled the previous semester.

  • Private rooms are subject to approval by the Office of Student Development. Please call their office at (978) 478-3466 if you would like to live in a Single Occupancy Room or Super Single Suite.
  • Married apartments range from $450-$1,000 per month and are based on availability. Please call the house of student development at (978) 478-3466 if you would like to live on campus as a married couple.
  • Part time (less than 12 credit hours) and off-campus students are permitted to have a room in the dormitory for the semester. The charge for this is $25 per night, and you are allowed to stay up to 3 nights per week depending on your schedule. The full amount will go on your student bill at the time of registration, and you will be charged for the entire semester whether you stay specific weeks or not. Please call the Office of Student Development (978) 478-3466 if you have any questions.
    Plan A includes 19 meals per week. Block Plan A includes 200 meals per semester. Plan B includes 14 meals per week. Block Plan B includes 165 meals per semester. With a Block Plan, the student can scan for guests/family/friends. Regular plans cannot be shared.

    There is an $81 electrical surcharge each semester for students that have a mini-fridge in their dorm room.

  • The following fees are a reflection of what will be on your financial statement and are based on the answers above. This may not be an exact representation of the fees you will be charged. Please see the Student Billing Manager to obtain an official financial statement.

  • Health Insurance

  • Massachusetts State Law requires that all students have health insurance. You will need to provide proof of qualified health insurance coverage. If proof of qualified coverage is not provided, students will be enrolled in a qualified student health insurance plan through an insurance partner of the college. Please note: HMO plans and state plans outside Massachusetts are not qualified plans. The policy premium will be billed to a student’s account, above and beyond tuition and other fees.
