Today we are proud to introduce Bianca Cooley to our community.
Bianca Cooley is our new Liaison for Ethnic Appreciation and Diversity. She will interact with students, staff, faculty, and head the Racial Equity Committee.
Bianca has been a member of Grant African Methodist Episcopal Church (AME) since she was 4 years old. She has worked in many capacities during that time from various children ministries, to an active member of the YPD, to running the Youth church ministry, to serving on the Steward board, and the church’s weekly prayer line. She officially opened her heart to God at the age of 16. For over 22 years, Bianca has passionately been following God; though, there have been some difficulties along the way. The fire that started in her heart at 16 continues to burn and thrust her to follow the purpose of God in her life. She has recently been appointed to serve on the new Pastor’s SWOT analysis team at Grant AME Church.
Bianca currently works at Northpoint Bible College as the Accounts Receivable Assistant. On the weekends, she traveled with Rev. Judy Mensch; after seeing the need for the gospel all over the world, she felt called to missions. Presently, Bianca is raising support for Vanuatu and hoping to GO in June 2021, once her budget fully raised.
Bianca holds an Associates in Marketing and Advertising, and a Bachelor’s in Finance Management. She recently completed her Masters in Practical Theology with a Concentration in Pastoral Leadership.
Northpoint is excited to take steps forward and continuously model how Christ viewed the church, ” from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages” (Rev. 7:9).
Let’s all welcome Bianca to this new position!
